Das Justizbeitreibungsgesetz in der jeweils für die Justizbehörden des Bundes geltenden Fassung gilt für die Einziehung der dort in § 1 Absatz 1 genannten Ansprüche auch insoweit, als diese Ansprüche nicht auf bundesrechtlicher Regelung beruhen.
