Für die Zwecke dieser Verordnung kann ein Europäisches Patent mit einheitlicher Wirkung, eine Gemeinschaftsmarke oder jedes andere durch Unionsrecht begründete ähnliche Recht nur in ein Verfahren nach Artikel 3 Absatz 1 miteinbezogen werden.
