(1) Sobald die Schlußverteilung vollzogen ist, beschließt das Insolvenzgericht die Aufhebung des Insolvenzverfahrens.
(2) Der Beschluß und der Grund der Aufhebung sind öffentlich bekanntzumachen. Die §§ 31 bis 33 gelten entsprechend.
