Der Richter oder im Fall des § 27 Abs. 2 der Urkundsbeamte der Geschäftsstelle setzt der Eintragung seinen Nachnamen hinzu und signiert beides elektronisch. Im Übrigen gilt § 75 der Grundbuchverfügung entsprechend.
