Haager Gerichtsstandsübereinkommen
Sofern dieses Übereinkommen nichts anderes vorsieht, ist für das Verfahren zur Anerkennung, Vollstreckbarerklärung oder Registrierung zur Vollstreckung sowie für die Vollstreckung der Entscheidung das Recht des ersuchten Staates maßgebend. Das ersuchte Gericht hat zügig zu handeln.
