Bilanzrecht
Mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu einem Jahr oder mit Geldstrafe wird bestraft, wer als Mitglied eines nach § 324 Absatz 1 Satz 1 eingerichteten Prüfungsausschusses
- 1.
- eine in § 334 Absatz 2a bezeichnete Handlung begeht und dafür einen Vermögensvorteil erhält oder sich versprechen lässt oder
- 2.
- eine in § 334 Absatz 2a bezeichnete Handlung beharrlich wiederholt.
