Soll ein Großkredit über die Obergrenze für Großkredite hinaus erhöht werden, haben die Geschäftsleiter hierüber vor der Erhöhung einstimmig nach § 13 Absatz 2 und 3 des Kreditwesengesetzes zu beschließen.
