Staatsrecht I: Staatsorganisationsrecht
(1) Über jede Sitzung wird ein Stenographischer Bericht (Plenarprotokoll) angefertigt.
(2) Die Plenarprotokolle werden an die Mitglieder des Bundestages verteilt.
(3) Alle anderen Aufnahmen der Verhandlungen des Bundestages, zum Beispiel Tonbandaufnahmen, sind im Parlamentsarchiv niederzulegen.
