Die Notarkosten schuldet, wer
- 1.
- den Auftrag erteilt oder den Antrag gestellt hat,
- 2.
- die Kostenschuld gegenüber dem Notar übernommen hat oder
- 3.
- für die Kostenschuld eines anderen kraft Gesetzes haftet.
