Gerichts- und Notarkostengesetz
(1) Gegen die Entscheidung des Landgerichts findet ohne Rücksicht auf den Wert des Beschwerdegegenstands die Beschwerde statt.
(2) Gegen die Entscheidung des Oberlandesgerichts findet die Rechtsbeschwerde statt.
