Zweck dieser Verordnung ist es, durch die Einrichtung eines Kompetenzzentrums die Voraussetzungen für die Förderung der Interoperabilität (IOP) informationstechnischer Systeme, für die verbindliche Umsetzung von Interoperabilitätsvorgaben und für die vernetzte Zusammenarbeit von Leistungserbringenden zu schaffen.
