Wer ein Nichtwohngebäude errichtet, das über mehr als sechs Stellplätze innerhalb des Gebäudes oder über mehr als sechs an das Gebäude angrenzende Stellplätze verfügt, hat dafür zu sorgen, dass
- 1.
- mindestens jeder dritte Stellplatz mit der Leitungsinfrastruktur für die Elektromobilität ausgestattet wird und
- 2.
- zusätzlich mindestens ein Ladepunkt errichtet wird.
