Die Vorschriften des § 23 sind entsprechend anzuwenden, wenn das Recht mit der Erreichung eines bestimmten Lebensalters des Berechtigten oder mit dem Eintritt eines sonstigen bestimmten Zeitpunkts oder Ereignisses erlischt.
