Die Beschwerde gegen die Anlegung des Grundbuchblatts ist unzulässig. Im Wege der Beschwerde kann jedoch verlangt werden, daß das Grundbuchamt angewiesen wird, nach § 53 einen Widerspruch einzutragen oder eine Löschung vorzunehmen.
