Dieses Gesetz gilt für
- 1.die Hochschule für Finanzen Nordrhein-Westfalen in Nordkirchen,
- 2.die Fachhochschule für Rechtspflege Nordrhein-Westfalen in Bad Münstereifel,
- 3.die Hochschule für Polizei und öffentliche Verwaltung Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Sie sind Fachhochschulen im Sinne dieses Gesetzes.
