  1. das Mitglied nicht mehr Mitglied der Kammer ist;
  1. gegen das Mitglied ein Berufs- oder Vertretungsverbot (§§ 150, 161a BRAO) verhängt worden ist; 3. das Mitglied seine Wählbarkeit aus den in § 66 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 bis 5 BRAO angegebenen Gründen verloren hat;
  1. das Mitglied das Amt niederlegt;
  1. das Mitglied vom Vorstand der Kammer, für die es bestellt ist, abberufen wird.
