Gesetz über elektronische Wertpapiere
Sofern dieses Gesetz nichts anderes vorsieht, wird zugunsten des Inhabers eines elektronischen Wertpapiers vermutet, dass er für die Dauer seiner Eintragung als Inhaber Eigentümer des Wertpapiers ist.
