Das mit einem Antrag auf Erlass eines Europäischen Zahlungsbefehls befasste Gericht prüft so bald wie möglich anhand des Antragsformulars, ob die in den Artikeln 2, 3, 4, 6 und 7 genannten Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind und ob die Forderung begründet erscheint. Diese Prüfung kann im Rahmen eines automatisierten Verfahrens erfolgen.
