Folgender Artikel 7a wird in die Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2988/74 eingefügt:
„Artikel 7a
Ausnahme vom Anwendungsbereich
Die vorliegende Verordnung gilt nicht für Maßnahmen, die nach Maßgabe der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1/2003 des Rates vom 16. Dezember 2002 zur Durchführung der in den Artikeln 81 und 82 des Vertrags niedergelegten Wettbewerbsregeln getroffen werden.
