§ 14 Absatz 3 Satz 1 und Absatz 4 des Stabilisierungsfondsgesetzes finden auf Maßnahmen des Bundes nach Kapitel 1 und 2 dieses Gesetzes mit der Maßgabe entsprechend Anwendung, dass an die Stelle des Fonds der Bund tritt.Satz 1 findet auf alle noch offenen Fälle Anwendung.
