§ 289b Absatz 4 und § 315b Absatz 4 des Handelsgesetzbuchs in der ab dem 1. Januar 2019 geltenden Fassung sind erstmals auf Jahres- und Konzernabschlüsse, Lage- und Konzernlageberichte für das nach dem 31. Dezember 2018 beginnende Geschäftsjahr anzuwenden.
