Die Enteignungsbehörde kann nach Wiedereinsetzung in den vorigen Stand an Stelle einer Entscheidung, die den durch das bisherige Verfahren herbeigeführten neuen Rechtszustand ändern würde, eine Entschädigung festsetzen.
