Unvollständige, mangelhafte oder offensichtlich unzulässige Enteignungsanträge können ohne Durchführung eines Verfahrens zurückgewiesen werden, wenn der Antragsteller die ihm mitzuteilenden Mängel nicht innerhalb der ihm gesetzten Frist behebt.
