Für den Antrag auf Feststellung der Unwirksamkeit einer internationalen Eintragung für das Gebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (§ 70 Absatz 1 Satz 1 des Designgesetzes) gelten die §§ 21 und 22 entsprechend.
