Staatsrecht I: Staatsorganisationsrecht
(1) Wählbar ist, wer am Wahltage
- 1.
- Deutscher im Sinne des Artikels 116 Abs. 1 des Grundgesetzes ist und
- 2.
- das achtzehnte Lebensjahr vollendet hat.
(2) Nicht wählbar ist,
- 1.
- wer nach § 13 vom Wahlrecht ausgeschlossen ist oder
- 2.
- wer infolge Richterspruchs die Wählbarkeit oder die Fähigkeit zur Bekleidung öffentlicher Ämter nicht besitzt.

- (weggefallen)
