Für Verfahren betreffend die elterliche Verantwortung sind die Gerichte des Mitgliedstaats zuständig, in dem das Kind zum Zeitpunkt der Antragstellung seinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hat.
(2)
Absatz 1 dieses Artikels findet vorbehaltlich der Artikel 8 bis 10 Anwendung.
