Soweit sich aus den Artikeln 7 bis 11 keine Zuständigkeit eines Gerichts eines Mitgliedstaats ergibt, bestimmt sich die Zuständigkeit in jedem Mitgliedstaat nach dem Recht dieses Mitgliedstaats.
