Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung
(1) Die Zulassung zur Rechtsanwaltschaft wird auf Antrag erteilt.
(2) Ein Antrag darf nur aus den in diesem Gesetz bezeichneten Gründen abgelehnt werden.
