Die Berechnung belegärztlicher Leistungen richtet sich nach § 18 des Krankenhausentgeltgesetzes. Die Vereinbarung und Berechnung von Wahlleistungen auch für stationsäquivalente Behandlung richten sich nach den §§ 17 und 19 des Krankenhausentgeltgesetzes.
