Beamtenrecht
(1) Für die Verteilung der Zuständigkeiten zwischen Personalrat und Gesamtpersonalrat gilt § 92 Absatz 1 und 2 entsprechend.
(2) Für die Aufgaben, Befugnisse und Pflichten des Gesamtpersonalrats gilt Kapitel 4 entsprechend.
