Beamtenrecht
Auf Beamtinnen und Beamte, die zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieser Verordnung die Voraussetzungen des § 27 Absatz 1 Nummer 1 und 2 erfüllen, ist § 27 Absatz 1 Nummer 3 bis zum 31. Dezember 2019 mit der Maßgabe anzuwenden, dass anstelle der letzten zwei Beurteilungen eine Anlassbeurteilung erstellt werden kann.
