Beamtenrecht
Zeiten des Mutterschutzes sind auf Zeiten anzurechnen, die nach dieser Verordnung Voraussetzung für eine Einstellung oder für die berufliche Entwicklung sind. Die Verlängerung eines Vorbereitungsdienstes nach § 15 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 2 bleibt unberührt.
