- 1.
- wer nicht das siebente Lebensjahr vollendet hat,
- 2.
- wer sich in einem die freie Willensbestimmung ausschließenden Zustand krankhafter Störung der Geistestätigkeit befindet, sofern nicht der Zustand seiner Natur nach ein vorübergehender ist.
