Für die Rechtsverhältnisse der Beamtinnen auf Zeit und Beamten auf Zeit gelten die Vorschriften für Beamtinnen auf Lebenszeit und Beamte auf Lebenszeit entsprechend, soweit durch Landesrecht nichts anderes bestimmt ist.
