Kann die häusliche Pflege zeitweise nicht, noch nicht oder nicht im erforderlichen Umfang erbracht werden und reicht auch teilstationäre Pflege nicht aus, sind Aufwendungen für Kurzzeitpflege entsprechend den §§ 42 und 42a des Elften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch beihilfefähig.
