Der Bundespersonalausschuss oder ein von ihm bestimmter unabhängiger Ausschuss stellt fest, wer die Befähigung für eine Laufbahn ohne die vorgeschriebene Vorbildung durch Lebens- und Berufserfahrung erworben hat.
