Bundesbesoldungsgesetz
Erhält ein Beamter, Richter oder Soldat Sachbezüge, so werden diese unter Berücksichtigung ihres wirtschaftlichen Wertes mit einem angemessenen Betrag auf die Besoldung angerechnet, soweit nichts anderes bestimmt ist.
