Öffentliches RechtVerwaltungsrechtBesonderes Verwaltungsrecht

(1)

Forstbehörden im Sinn dieses Gesetzes sind:

1.
das Staatsministerium für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft, Forsten und Tourismus als oberste Forstbehörde,
2.
die Ämter für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft und Forsten als untere Forstbehörden.

(2)

Für die forstfachliche Leitung der unteren Forstbehörden ist die Große Forstliche Staatsprüfung notwendig.
