Für Vollstreckungen nach § 66 Abs. 2 des Zehnten Buchs Sozialgesetzbuch und nach § 200 Abs. 2 des Sozialgerichtsgesetzes ist Vollstreckungsbehörde im Sinn des § 4 VwVG das nach Art. 25 zuständige Finanzamt.
