1Gerichte und Behörden haben dem Verfassungsgerichtshof Rechts- und Amtshilfe zu leisten und ihm insbesondere die von ihm verlangten Akten und Urkunden vorzulegen. 2 § 99 Abs. 1 und 2 Sätze 1 und 2 VwGO finden entsprechende Anwendung.
