Untersuchungsgefangenen, die ohne Verschulden kein Arbeitsentgelt und keine Ausbildungsbeihilfe erhalten, wird bis einschließlich des dritten Monats des Vollzugs eine Überbrückungsleistung in Höhe von monatlich dem 1,65-fachen Tagessatz der Eckvergütung zur Verwendung für den Einkauf oder anderweitig gewährt, falls sie bedürftig sind.
