Das Staatsministerium der Justiz führt die Aufsicht über die Justizvollzugsanstalten (Aufsichtsbehörde).

1Soweit die Aufsichtsbehörde nicht über eigene Fachkräfte verfügt, ist fachliche Beratung sicherzustellen. 2Hierzu können Fachberater oder Fachberaterinnen bestellt werden.
