Bayerisches Straßen- und Wegegesetz
1Die Landkreise und Gemeinden können die Sondernutzungen an Straßen oder Teilen davon in ihrer Baulast auch abweichend von den Art. 18, 18a, 19 und 22 Abs. 1 durch Satzung regeln und an Stelle eines privaten Entgelts Gebühren erheben. 2 Art. 18 Abs. 2a Satz 4 und 5 gilt entsprechend. 3 Art. 22 Abs. 2 bleibt unberührt.
