1Das Bayerische Datenschutzgesetz (BayDSG) findet für den Bereich der Polizei ergänzend Anwendung, soweit in diesem Gesetz nichts Besonderes geregelt ist. 2 Art. 24 BayDSG gilt ausschließlich in Ausübung des Hausrechts.
