Die zur Durchführung dieses Gesetzes erforderlichen Vorschriften erläßt die Staatsregierung.

1Das Staatsministerium der Finanzen und für Heimat setzt die Amtsbezüge fest. 2Ihm obliegt ferner die Festsetzung und Regelung der Versorgungsbezüge.
