(1)
Stehen einem ehemaligen Mitglied der Staatsregierung Übergangsgeld (Art. 14) und Ruhegehalt (Art. 15 und 17) für die gleiche Zeit zu, so werden die höheren Versorgungsbezüge gezahlt.
(2)
Absatz 1 ist auf die Hinterbliebenen entsprechend anzuwenden.
