Diese Verordnung tritt am 1. September 2008 in Kraft.
(2)
Mit Ablauf des 31. August 2008 tritt die Verordnung über die Landesanwaltschaft Bayern (LABV) vom 4. November 1975 (BayRS 34-3-I), zuletzt geändert durch § 16 der Verordnung vom 25. November 2003 (GVBl S. 880), außer Kraft.
