1Abordnungen, Versetzungen oder Zuweisungen von kommunalen Wahlbeamten und Wahlbeamtinnen nach §§ 14, 15 und 20 BeamtStG sind ausgeschlossen. 2Abschnitt 8, mit Ausnahme von § 57 Sätze 1 und 2, und Abschnitt 9 BeamtStG finden keine Anwendung.
