(1)
Bei der Gestaltung des Vollzugs des Jugendarrestes neben Jugendstrafe nach § 16a JGG sind insbesondere bei den Einzel- und Gruppenmaßnahmen nach Art. 3 Abs. 2 Satz 1 die in § 16a Abs. 1 Nr. 1 bis 3 JGG genannten Anordnungsgründe zu berücksichtigen.

1Für den Vollzug des Jugendarrestes neben Jugendstrafe in Form eines Freizeit- oder Kurzarrestes gilt zusätzlich Art. 35. 2Ein Schlussbericht nach Art. 25 Abs. 1 soll erstellt werden.
