Ausbildungs- und Prüfungsordnung für Juristen

(1)
Prüfer sind ohne besondere Bestellung die Mitglieder des Prüfungsausschusses und die Stellvertreter.
(2)
Als Prüfer können nur bestellt werden:
  • 1.
    Richter sowie Staatsanwälte und andere Beamte mit der Befähigung zum Richteramt,
  • 2.
    Rechtsanwälte und Notare,
  • 3.
    Juristen aus dem Wirtschafts- und dem Arbeitsleben.
(3)
§ 21 Abs. 1 und 4 gilt für die Prüfer der Zweiten Juristischen Staatsprüfung entsprechend.
